ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with olives harvested on the hills of Civitella in Val di Chiana and Castiglion Fibocchi.
After the harvest, carried out early by hand, the olives are ground daily with a continuous cycle system to guarantee a product of the highest quality.
In addition to the organic product, the company also produces Tuscan IGP oil, always using the organic method.
The storage takes place in steel containers located in rooms at a controlled temperature. The oil has a very low acidity and a very high content of polyphenols.
