The properties of the Estate extend over an area of approximately 1000 hectares in the municipalities of Arezzo, Civitella in Val di Chiana and Castiglion Fibocchi.
These properties have come to Fraternita dei Laici, sole member of the Estate, through two important bequests: one of Cav. Giuseppe Ninci and the other of Count Giovan Battista Occhini.
Since the past centuries, the lands of the Estate have been cultivated while maintaining a vital environment that is very suitable for the cultivation of vines and olives.
The company has two cellars: the historic one obtained inside a building from the early 1900s it is used as storage and aging in wood and barriques. Here the rooms are at a controlled temperature. Then we have the modern cellar: recently built, it is used for winemaking and first storage.

The structure was built not far from the historic city of Arezzo, in a corner of Tuscany not yet prey to mass tourism. It is immersed in a suggestive rural landscape, along the amazing Sette Ponti road which connects the banks of the Arno river between Florence and Arezzo cities. The building overlooks the Pratomagno massif on one side and the historic Concezione vineyard on the other which gives life to one of the company’s best wines: Il Priore.
