This artisan vinegar is dedicated to Giorgio Vasari. The putto depicted on the label is in fact one of his works. Giorgio Vasari was a figure closely linked to the Fraternita dei Laici who, among the many works, also commissioned him to build the Loggiato of Piazza Grande in 1552.
Giorgino is produced from an excellent Chianti wine. Acetification takes place slowly, for over 16 months, on oak barriques. The product thus obtained has a balanced acidity and an intense aroma with hints of red fruit.
It goes perfectly with salads and raw and cooked vegetables.
